All product sales are final. Items purchased cannot be returned or refunded.
 

Service Purchases

Refunds and cancellations for private sessions and classes are subject to the following terms:
 

• Practitioner cancellation:

  • Full refund minus administrative fees.
     

• Client cancellation:

  • Non-refundable.

  • One reschedule permitted with at least 3 business days’ notice.

  • No additional reschedules allowed.

  • Canceled rescheduled sessions are non-refundable.
